• Plan your team recruiting campaign -- find a few people to help you -- publicize your team -- set a cutoff date for entries

• Encourage family, friends, and other colleagues to collect pledges for the Friends Asking Friends pledge program (click here to download a pledge collection form)
  
  
• Notify the RACE office of your choice of date for team pick-up. Call 1-860-827-7103.
  
  
• Pick up your team packets on Monday, May 5, 2008 3:30-7:00 P.M. in Walnut Hill Park, New Britain, CT. (Click here for directions to the park)
  
  
• Distribute t-shirts and bibs to all of your team participants prior to RACE Day. We cannot issue duplicate items on RACE Day.
