• Request a team packet by calling 1-860-827-7103
  or e-mail teams@ctrace.org or download needed directions and forms available online
• Distribute registration applications to potential team members
• Advertise the team
• Collect completed registration forms from all the participants
• Collect all appropriate fees from all the participants
• Verify that only 1 person is registered per paper registration form and that all forms are signed
• Verify that all required information is complete on each form
• Complete the required team roster forms (included in packet) or click here to download the PDF version.
• Mail or hand deliver your completed rosters, registration forms and fees to arrive by Monday, April 21, 2008.

TO JOIN A TEAM

• Contact your team captain for a registration form or download the form by clicking here. (Note: This is a large file and may take a few moments to download.)
• Return your application and fee to the team captain by the deadline set by the captain
• Remember to pick up your t-shirt and bib from the team captain during the week prior to RACE Day

Notes:

• Team member registrations mailed in separately or teams who have missed the deadline will be treated as individual race participants.
• If the Team Captain does not register online, then none of the team can register online.
• If the Team Captain registers online, then team members have the option of registering online or on paper.
